We had a late check-in and even though we sent an email notifying them, we didn't receive a reply. However, checking in was smooth and there were no issues. The room was spacious with comfortable furnishings and a nice bathroom. The convenience of having a large chain convenience store attached to the hotel was a plus. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

This hotel is located on a bustling street, with restaurants and shops nearby. It's very central and easy to get around, as it's only a short walk to the station. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the room is clean and spacious. They provide free bath salts, coffee, and tea in the room, which is a nice touch. there's a convenient store at the hotel entrance, which is great for quick snacks or necessities.
The parking situation is a bit inconvenient. If you have a high-top vehicle, you cannot park in the hotel's lot and have to park across the street without validation.

Our hotel was situated in the centre of the city, with lots of nearby restaurants and bars. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet had a great selection of Japanese-style dishes. It was also really convenient that we had access to a big TV with lots of movie options.
We found that the rooms were on the small side and made it tricky for our family to manage our sleeping arrangements. , the hotel's policy of only allowing one child per room was frustrating and inconvenient for us.

The hotel’s location was ideal for exploring the town center and enjoying the nightlife. We found it very easy to access the local train service and were able to reach the nearby markets without hassle. The friendly staff was a real plus, they were always on hand to assist us and answer our questions.
The hotel’s proximity to the main JR train station was a bit inconvenient. We had to rely on the local train service which only runs once an hour and stops early in the evening.
